It has officially been 6 months since starting this case study.
I was hoping to have achieved 50,000 sessions this month, but January is looking certain if we continue to see our usual growth.
Once I hit 50,000 sessions I will apply to MediaVine and start monetising the website with display ads.
Unfortunately, I was not able to spend as much time as I would like on this website as I was busy with work and other events in my life (my girlfriends birthday, our anniversary, Christmas, New Years, etc.).
For this month, I was able to publish 22,908 words.
December has been the worst month so far in regards to publishing content, but I am looking to go hard again as we enter the new year. This means hiring more writers and publishing more content.
On an unrelated note, I have recently had another idea for a website that I would like to create in the NFT/crypto space.
Once I have finished this case study I would like to make another one. The next case study will be a public case study so you can see how I build out my websites.

Conclusion
I’m really looking forward to seeing what 2022 brings!
I have achieved quite a lot this year and hope to achieve even more in 2022.
My New Years resolution for this year involves making new connections, rekindling with old friends, strengthening current relationships, eating healthier, purchasing a home, and getting some travel in (fingers crossed).
Furthermore, I would also like to focus on being more consistent with some of my old hobbies.
This year I will actively do the following:
- Meditate (morning/night)
- Write in my journal (morning/night)
- Order less food (Uber Eats has been too tempting during lockdown…)
- Consistently go to the gym again
- Spend more time with my partner
